Terror attack leaves 22 dead

Twenty two balloons for twenty two victims at the Manchester Arena Ariana Grande concert. Children and young people included among the victims of the terrorist suicide bomber also killed in the blast. ISIS were quick to claim responsibility for the attack and there were almost immediate arrests in connection with the terrorist.
